How do you ensure products are high quality?
We want our customers to be very happy with our products. Our bullet journals are hand-stamped by us and so we check every journal before it is posted.
If you have any comments or questions please get in touch.
Who designed your images?
Eva designed the Star and Lightbulb. The other images were all drawn by a local artist friend of ours, Anne Wilson, who is a successful book illustrator.
Will watercolours work on your paper?
Yes. Watercolours work well on our paper. We recently had excellent feedback from a customer who loves to work with watercolours and she was very happy with the results.
What pens can we use with your journals?
All the pens we sell work well on our journals and will not ghost or bleed (as our paper is 160 or 170 gsm). Fountain pens can also be used. Some alcohol-based pens may bleed but not all. Any questions about specific pens, please get in touch and we will try to help.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Our journals are posted in cardboard boxes which are 100% recyclable and made from cardboard which has the highest recycling rates of any packaging in the UK. On average, our packaging comes from a supplier which uses 76% of recycled materials and they are 100% recyclable. The ‘recycling loop’ is so efficient that used boxes can be recycled, remade and reused in just two weeks.
We wrap each journal, once stamped, in paper which is fully recyclable.
How quickly do you send out orders?
We usually stamp journals and post out within 1-4 business days.
How long does delivery take?
We use the UK Post Office, so UK first class post should arrive within one working day, but sometimes takes longer and UK second class within two to three working days, but again can take longer.
International deliveries are difficult to estimate, but European deliveries should arrive within a week.
Questions about Orders
Can I cancel an order once placed?
As we dispatch orders quickly, this may not be possible. Contact us on email@example.com if you change your mind after ordering and we will see what we can do.
Can I return items?
Our journals are all customised so it is not possible to cancel journal orders.
As for other supplies, we will accept returns of Washi tape, if returned unopened in original packaging and pens if they are in packaging which has not been opened. Please note that many of our pens are sold individually and we cannot accept returns of these. You must pay the cost of returning items.
